I just TiVo'd it because of the Yosemite factor. While feeding Scout and looking for an upcoming program to watch on TV, I noticed The Travel Channel had a show about Jack Osborne Climbing El Capitan. "Hmmm, interesting, I'll TiVo it," I thought. So, I watched it in the middle of the night when I was up again, and you know what? It was actually really entertaining. Apparently, it is a series of shows documenting Jack Osborne's journey to climb El Capitan, which is an astounding rock face in Yosemite in California.
Anyway, he is trained by 2 British rock climbing professionals (guy and girl that are both very fit and attractive). In the show I watched, they take him to Thailand to get in shape while kick boxing. Here's a site that talks about it. Scroll down for photos:
Jack Osborne's TrainingI've thrown in some before and after pics I like. I recommend watching if you can. I thought it was funny because Jack doesn't really want to exercise or eat right, and he is sarcastic about it all. I liked it. It has some camera time with his famous fam, but it is mostly just him and his trainers.
